Xue Rui has focused on breast augmentation surgery for nearly 30 years. He is the President of Chengdu Houmei Medical Aesthetic Hospital and Vice President of the Sichuan Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Association. He is a principal drafter of the group standard "Specifications for Breast Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery." He graduated from West China University of Medical Sciences in Sichuan and specializes in implant-based breast augmentation and revision of failed breast augmentation, with extensive experience.

Biography

Dr. Xue Rui's Professional Activities:

From 2001 to 2006, at the invitation of Mentor USA on multiple occasions, he went to the United States for professional study and exchange, and was awarded the title of one of the first international Mentor breast augmentation representatives.
In 2002, he studied and exchanged at Busan Plastic Surgery Hospital in Korea and Tokyo Plastic Surgery Hospital in Japan, and received praise from renowned foreign plastic surgery experts.
In January 2006, at the International Mentor Academic Annual Meeting in Bangkok, Dr. Xue Rui presented a paper titled "Report on the Results of Mentor Natural Breast Augmentation," which attracted attention in international medical and plastic surgery circles. He also received the Pyramid Award specially issued by International Mentor.
In April 2006, Dr. Garry Brody, President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the President of Mentor China, together with their delegation, made a special trip to Chengdu to present Dr. Xue Rui with special honorary awards—the China Number One Individual Application of Mentor Special Achievement Award and the Mentor Breast Augmentation Special Contribution Gold Award (for the application of natural techniques).
On April 10, 2021, he attended the launch conference of the "Breast Plastic and Aesthetic Standards" of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.

Technical Features of Dr. Xue Rui's Breast Augmentation:
1. Minimal bleeding: Endoscopic technology is used to make dissection of the chest cavity more precise, reducing the risk of significant damage to nerves and blood vessels; no drainage tube is required after surgery.
2. Mild pain: The incision is made in the inframammary fold, and the dissection area is small. In addition, Dr. Xue Rui can achieve timely hemostasis during surgery, so postoperative pain is relatively mild. Many patients who have undergone the procedure say that they did not need a pain pump after surgery.
3. Natural postoperative results: Dr. Xue Rui will select the appropriate implant plane for each patient based on the tension and thickness of the breast skin. Postoperatively, the breast is unlikely to show visible implant edges, and a natural cleavage can be formed.
